5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments

All services are billed as agreed upon in your service contract or invoice. Payments are due as specified, and failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe.com for payment processing. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's services agreement and privacy policy. Your payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store your complete payment details on our servers.

Payment Failures and Service Interruption

In the event of any payment failure, declined transaction, or payment dispute, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Failed or declined credit card charges
  • Insufficient funds
  • Expired payment methods
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Fraudulent payment activities

Service restoration will be contingent upon receipt of all outstanding payments and may include additional reactivation fees. We strongly recommend maintaining current payment information to avoid service interruptions.

Recurring Payments

For subscription-based services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Recurring payments will be processed automatically according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement. You may cancel recurring payments at any time by contacting our support team, but you will remain responsible for any charges already incurred.

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services and the resources allocated upon initiation, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Exceptions may be made in cases where:

  • Duplicate automations are created due to our error.
  • Services rendered do not align with the agreed-upon specifications.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on our platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to GhostBPA and are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

7. Limitation of Liability

GhostBPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
